The Santam Risk Management Awards is an annual ceremony. Infinite Risk’s Peter Smanjak, CEO and senior consultant, won the Santam Risk Management Award for designing, implementing and managing an innovative risk management strategy for World Vision’s SALTI Project
Appointed by World Vision Int to assist with the Staff Support and Assistance for Life Threatening Illness (SALTI) project. Responsibilities included: advice to World Vision on the current and future financial cost of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria in five identified African countries; advice on possible financial vehicles with the goal of creating a predictable cost framework and a risk mitigation tool for the current and future costs of the SALTI project; building a framework of risks facing implementation of the SALTI project pertinent to each country.
